Job Description:
Mars Petcare is seeking a driven, dynamic and strategic Customer Development Manager to join their team. As the Customer Development Manager you will be accountable for delivering business segment objectives and to share customer volume by delivering sales strategic objectives at the lowest possible cost.
As the Customer Development Manager you will support the Mars Petcare Strategy in Action and the Strategic Channel prioritisation that has been established within the Sales Organisation. Reporting to the Customer Development Leader - Indies & Wholesalers this is a multi-faceted role. Your scope for this role includes key support to the team from an operation and reporting perspective.
