Helpdesk Service Management: : Efficiently manage and resolve helpdesk service requests from staff members. Prioritise and address technical issues promptly to minimise downtime.
End User Support : Provide friendly and effective support to staff in both our offices. Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, ensuring seamless user experiences.
User Account Management : Create and maintain user accounts for new employees.
IT Equipment Setups : Coordinate IT equipment setups for new hires. Assist with office moves to ensure technology transitions are smooth.
Training and Support : Conduct regular training sessions for new starters and existing staff.
Provide expert assistance in using the document management system (Worksite 10), Aderant Expert, and Microsoft Office.
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated experience in a similar role
High level of attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
Capability to consistently meet deadlines with conflicting priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills
