We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our dynamic team. As a Chef at Eggspot, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering exceptional dishes, maintaining high kitchen standards, and contributing to our ever-evolving menu.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items in line with Eggspot's standards.
Collaborate on menu development and introduce new culinary ideas.
Ensure kitchen operations comply with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory and sourcing of fresh, quality ingredients.
Oversee kitchen staff and provide training and mentorship.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience as a Chef in a similar role.
Relevant culinary qualifications highly preferred.
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Passion for food and creativity in culinary arts.
