An opportunity exists for a Service Delivery Analyst to join Borals broader IT Team. Reporting to the Field Services Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Borals technology and network infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to end-users, troubleshooting I.T. hardware at sites, software issues, and maintaining IT systems in optimal condition. This project-based role has a main focus currently on a company-wide project involving the roll out of new laptops and desktops across 360 sites and Boral users, coordinating the roll out with vendor and sites.
Your day will involve:
Coordination of the laptop/desktop refresh project with vendors and Boral sites, reporting on progress.
Coordination of site commission/upgrade/decommission activities including office fit-out.
Coordination of telco field mobilisation (new devices, fix existing devices).
Management of meeting room facilities
