This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of machinery across their extensive farming operations. You will play a key role in supporting the farming team by managing machinery movements, organizing and training machine operators, and liaising with the farm workshop to ensure timely service, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

Program Planning and Implementation: Collaborate with senior farm management to develop and implement machinery plans for the upcoming season. Manage daily farming operation plans, including staffing schedules for operators.
