As the Service Designer, you will:
Spearhead the creation, implementation, and operation of key IM services, ensuring seamless support for the project's solution by integrating user needs, business objectives, and technical possibilities.
Adopt a collaborative and participatory approach in transforming IM services, leveraging a variety of design tools and techniques.
Ensure all IM service design outputs are in line with regulatory frameworks, strategic roadmaps, policies, and standards.
Plan and execute user research to guide design choices, as well as assess and improve the user experience.
