WOW Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join an Australian Residential and Commercial Plumbing/Gas company with a global presence. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for going above and beyond to deliver Customer Service and data entry excellence. The ideal candidate for this role has exceptional customer service abilities with excellent attention to detail.
What you will be doing?
Manage phone and enquiries, meeting all internal and external customer requests in a timely manner.
Monitor email inboxes and incoming faxes dealing with any queries promptly.
Processing customer orders through ERP system as received.
Logging and completion of customer returns.
