Due to recent growth in our business, we are currently seeking a dedicated administrator to join us in the position of Operations Administration Assistant based out of our ISS Office in South Bank , employed on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the local Regional General Manager, this role will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to our cleaning operations team across several areas:
Assist with operational and finance management functions to achieve performance targets
Preparation of reports, rosters, collating payroll information, including worked hours, personnel information, etc.
Assist in any EOM finance activities (preparing finance packs and business reviews)
Provide guidance and support in the HR process (including disciplinary meetings)
Regular liaison with creditors to resolve any queries and ensure compliance with corporate purchasing arrangements and requirements
Diary and/or Travel management
Controlling and minimising costs where possible
