We are seeking an individual who is passionate about providing support and care to cancer clients, their families and our community . As the Cancer Support Coordinator , you will work with us in a full-time capacity based in Nhill . West Wimmera Health Service provides high-quality hospital care, residential aged care, disability services and community health facilities to more than 22,000 people across nine locations in the West Wimmera region. ABOUT THE ROLE
To provide supportive care to cancer clients, their families and community through the diagnosis, treatment and remission phases.
Provide education and support to relevant West Wimmera Health Service employees and community members relevant to this specialty.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Essential :
Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional with APHRA registration, minimum 3 years experience.
Effective communication and organisational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work
