Developing O&M and reliability planning, as well as managing technical data.
Creating training plans and programs for operations and maintenance teams.
Supporting the execution of maintenance and reliability tasks.
Prioritising risk management, loss elimination, and life cycle asset management.
Conducting Root Cause Analysis and solving problems effectively.
Continuously improving operation and maintenance plans, SOPs, and SWMS.
