AEIOU’s program operates across eleven centres to support children develop important life skills to help them communicate, connect, and develop independence.
We employ Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Behavioural Therapists, and a comphrensive education and supervisory team.
The Behaviour Analysts operate within an early learning framework and provides specialist therapy support for children with autism spectrum disorder, their families, and carers. Our Behaviour Analysts support children to maximise their cognitive and social capabilities, and to reduce or eliminate maladaptive behaviour.
At AEIOU you will be working within a team, contributing to Individual Plans to support children to develop play, social, motor, and self-help skills. Our Behaviour Analysts also provide training and supervision to team members in their area of expertise.
About you:
You will have completed a Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis or similar and hold your Certified Behaviour Analyst Membership.
You will be someone who has experience delivering therapy services to children with Autism and have an understanding of the principles of behavioural interventions (including Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and other complementary models of practice).
You will need to hold (or be able to obtain) a current Blue Card/Working with Children Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check.
