About the role Reporting to the Service Desk & Customer Experience Manager, you will be an active member of the Service Desk Team ensuring end-to-end customer service excellence
Handling multiple channels of support enquiries
Utilisation and maintenance of the knowledge base and participation in ongoing training
Communicate effectively with internal & external customers through end-to-end service delivery fulfilment
Capture all user interactions within our online ticketing system
Handle multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively to meet customer needs
Contribute as a proactive team member, improving the customer experience and contributing to the teams success
