Title:- IT Support Technician
Length:- Permanent 
Location:- North Sydney full time in the office Salary:- $70k Super Please only apply if you the following Must be an Australian Citizen or hold a PR Visa.  Please do not apply if you are not based in Sydney.
You must also have access to your own car as you will be traveling to each site in Sydney.  must have expereince with PowerBI and Sharepoint
Role purpose:
The position of IT Support Officer is to be the first point of contact on the ServiceDesk to the employees. The Support officer answers incoming calls, tracks all information in a Service Management system, utilizes their expertise to resolve incidents and service requests in a timely fashion. The IT Support Officer escalates unresolved problems/incidents/requests to the infrastructure team.
