Our client is seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to lead their service operations, ensuring top-notch service and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily service operations and meet/exceed service standards.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
Lead and develop a team of service professionals.
Resolve complex service issues and prevent future problems.
Prepare reports on service performance and maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Experience in service delivery management or a related field.
Strong client management and leadership skills.
Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to improvement.
Must be an Australian citizen; Baseline clearance preferred.
