Job description
Looking for a Senior Service Engineer, Contact Centre Platforms who is responsible for providing expert services and knowledge in relation to designing, engineering, and implementing critical contact centre platforms and application services. Responsibilities:
Provide expert consulting in Infrastructure Service Engineering to support project delivery portfolios.
Assist with discovery, design, and migration planning efforts.
Facilitate implementation by integrating and configuring new capabilities across both the new Avaya Workplace modes and the existing Avaya Aura product suite.
Contribute to the planning and execution of testing phases, including SIT, UAT, and PVT.
Support migration activities and ensure a smooth operational handover to L1/L2/L3 support teams.
Develop and deliver all necessary documentation throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
Essential Criteria:
Demonstrated experience in implementing and/or supporting Avaya Workplace, Avaya Aura Device Services (AADS), and Avaya Session Border Controllers (SBC-E).
