Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Visitor & Call Management: Greet all visitors with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring they are signed in and promptly directed to the appropriate staff. Answer and re-direct all incoming calls efficiently and professionally.
Mail & Courier Handling: Collect, sort, and distribute all incoming mail and courier parcels daily. Ensure timely handover and provide tracking details as needed.
