An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Corporate Services Manager to join a not for profit organization based in Sydney's CBD. This role works closely with the CFO and will oversee the financial management and reporting functions, providing strategic financial insights, and leading the Administration and Finance departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial operations and reporting across the entire business
Provide strategic financial insights and drive continuous quality improvement
Lead and build the capability of the Administration and Finance departments
Ensure regulatory compliance and implement effective controls
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
Handle government reporting and assist in securing new funding
Develop and review financial policies and procedures
Ideal Candidate:
Someone who is preparing to step up into a CFO role in the next 2-3 years
CA or CPA is desirable
5+ years of relevant professional accounting experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
