Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Senior HR Partner, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business delivering high quality ER advice and services. You will partner with the leaders on specific ER matters; interpreting legislation and providing advice on ER strategy in accordance with the business needs and legislative obligations.
What you will bring
To be successful, you will have proven exposure in providing best practice ER solutions and guidance across a range of ER/IR matters.
