Quality Dental LAB Pty Ltd is expanding their operations by focussing on advancing dental education, implant production, clinic network development, IT services, and dental materials trading. With operations spanning across Perth, Northbridge, and Busan, Korea, we are rapidly expanding our footprint and influence in the dental industry. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Organisation and Methods Analyst to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and evaluate current organizational processes, systems, and methods across all business areas, including dental education, implant production, clinic development, IT services, and dental materials trading.
Design and implement strategies to improve organizational efficiency, aligning with the company’s growth objectives.
Develop and document new methods and procedures to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and optimize resource use.
Collaborate with senior management to ensure organizational structures and processes support strategic goals.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and provide ongoing analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations for executive management.
Liaise with cross-functional teams across multiple locations to ensure consistent and effective implementation of organizational strategies.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in organizational analysis, methods improvement, or a similar role.
Proven experience in analyzing complex organizational structures and processes, ideally in the healthcare or dental industry.
Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working in a multicultural and multi-location environment is highly desirable.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., MS Excel, SQL, BI tools).
