We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Conference and Event Organiser to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding recruitment events, conferences, and trade shows.

About the Role
As a Conference and Event Organiser at BYT Recruitment, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of recruitment-focused events that align with our clients' needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to showcase your organizational skills, creativity, and passion for event management within the dynamic recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Promoting Recruitment Events: Develop and implement strategies to promote conferences, job fairs, and recruitment-focused trade shows to attract potential clients and candidates.
- Client and Candidate Engagement: Respond to inquiries concerning services provided, including room and equipment hire, catering, and related services, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client and candidate needs.
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their recruitment needs, offering tailored event packages that align with their hiring goals and organizational objectives.
- Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate all event services, including venue selection, catering, signage, displays, audiovisual equipment, and other necessary logistics. Ensure that all services align with the specific requirements of recruitment events.
- Registration Management: Organize and oversee the registration of participants, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both clients and candidates.
- Budget Negotiation: Negotiate the type and costs of services to be provided, ensuring that all event-related expenditures stay within the allocated budget.
- Contractor Supervision: Oversee the work of contractors and service providers, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the required standard. Report any variations to work orders and address them promptly.
- Post-Event Reporting: Compile and present detailed reports on the outcomes of each event, including feedback from clients and participants, budget analysis, and recommendations for future events.

Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
- Minimum five years relevant experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
