An opportunity exists for a motivated and driven sales and customer representative to join a wholesale company that has been in business since 1975 in Blacktown. They are specialised wholesalers, and their focus is on delivering exceptional customer service to all their distributors. They strongly believe in teamwork and dedication, which is evident in long-standing staff.
Your Role
Handle incoming calls and email enquiries.
Handling machines and lifting heavy objects
Provide order confirmations and pricing information.
Process sales orders in the system.
Offer technical support to distributors.
Assist the Product Manager with sales and technical support duties.
Collaborate with the sales team on product, stock, and technical matters.
Promote sales specials.
Liaise with the Warehouse team on special orders and delivery issues.
Maintain professionalism and assist with picking and packing orders when needed.
Requirements
Minimum 1-year experience in sales/customer service within logistics.
Good computer skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Well-presented, friendly, and efficient.
Must have a car.
Takes ownership and accountability.
Knowledge or experience in welding is preferred.
