Sous Chef
$70,000 - $80,000 per annum + super
Rocker Bondi is looking for a full time sous chef to join the team
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 4 years experience and will be confident in the every day running of the kitchen reporting to the head chef.
The candidate will be capable of understanding the operational side of the kitchen day to day as well as the management and training of staff.
Responsibilities will include
Rostering
Menu creation & costing
Ensuring a safe and compliant work environment
Staff management
Knowledge of back of house systems and procedures
This is full time position with room for development, someone who wants to become an integral part of a friendly & hard working team.
