We are looking for a dynamic and motivated 'Education Sales Representative' to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a proven track record in sales. This role involves identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their educational and Training needs.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients, Registered Training Organisations and Training professionals. Your goal will be to drive sales growth and ensure that our offerings meet the evolving needs of the Australian employers and skilled workers.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, a deep understanding of the education industry, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The typical job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

- Identify and engage with Businesses, groups and individual clients in a wide range of occupations, sectors and industries to deliver Education, RPL and Training products.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions related to staff training and qualifications.
- Visiting current and prospective client businesses to establish and act on selling opportunities.
- Quoting and negotiating prices and completing contracts and recording orders for B2B and B2C sales.
- Following up with Business and individual clients to ensure satisfaction with services, and resolving any problems that arise.
- preparing sales reports and maintaining and submitting records of business expenses incurred.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Businesses, their employees, Professionals, RTOs and Trainers.
- Drive sales growth and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Track and report on sales performance to develop and implement sales strategies and improve services.
- Attend industry events and information sessions and conduct market research.
- Maintain good knowledge of RPL process, qualifications requirements for different skill Levels, awards and registration/ licensing requirements.
- Manage and update client databases and provide feedback to improve products and services.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
- Train and mentor other staff where needed.
- Ensure compliance with business and Partner's policies and compliance.

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for the role:

- Must have a Bachelor degree
- A specialised qualification in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- At least two year experience in a similar role
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the education/ Training sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the education industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Strong work ethic and integrity.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
