About the opportunity
As the Preventative Education Coordinator, you will lead and oversee the development, design, delivery, and assessment of preventive education and compliance training for university staff and students. In collaboration with the Manager, Safer Communities, you will strive to promote positive wellbeing outcomes among students and staff.
As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to campus safety training programs targeting student and staff engagement, including in-person and online education on Consent, Modern Slavery Awareness, Ethical Bystander training, and First responder training. You will also oversee campus wellbeing events, training programs, and activities, fostering a high-performing team culture through effective staff management practices, resource planning, and performance monitoring.
