Turner & Townsend are currently recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help manage our recruiting efforts and lead the current TA team. This is a 12 month fixed term contract that be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Turner & Townsend end to end recruitment process for Australia and New Zealand, by recruiting the industries finest Cost Managers, Project Managers and PMO specialists to help us deliver complex schemes and major projects and programs.
- Working with business unit leaders to determine the resourcing requirements for the business in the short, medium and long term.
- Develop and lead effective recruitment strategies which cover conventional and digital campaigns.
- Drive usage and compliance of the ATS functionality
- Implement ATS functionality to drive efficiencies across full candidate journey and enable accurate MI reporting
- Produce accurate monthly MI reporting on ATS and LinkedIn recruiter performance
- Actively involved in experienced hire recruitment projects, e.g. IR35 compliance, GDPR, social media campaigns etc
- Line and performance management of 4 TA Specialists
- Responsible for keeping agency expenditure to a minimum
