Position: Market Manager

Reporting to: Head of Sales

Role Overview

We are seeking a customer-centric relationship builder to join our Sales Team as Market Manager. This person will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets in terms of volume and value within agreed markets, as well as expanding the current pool of active agents and sales channels through proactive business development activities. In addition to cultivating customer satisfaction and retention through consistent messaging and expedient and high quality service, the Market Manager will also be a leader within the immediate team as well as the broader organisation to drive co-operative strategies for the betterment of the business.

Professional Competencies

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 3+ years' experience in Sales Agent Management; experience in education Sales Agent Management is a bonus.
  • Proven experience and demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales targets through Sales Agents.
  • Proven experience of strong relationship building and management with existing and new Sales Agents.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills, combined with the ability to generate practical and effective solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and a track record of successfully driving sales growth and profitability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both internal and external audiences.
  • Knowledge of the international education landscape and Australian skilled migration policies are highly regarded but not essential.
