About the Role Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be instrumental in partnering with leaders across the business, providing strategic advice, support and solutions on people matters to build organisational and leadership capability. Key accountabilities of the role include:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support these objectives
Partner with business leaders and team members to provide day to day HR/IR advice and interpretation of HR policies, processes and procedures.
Coach, support and empower business leaders to appropriately deal with performance, conduct and disciplinary issues, while actively mitigating workplace relations exposure
Manage complex employee relations matters, including undertaking workplace investigations, performance management, disciplinary procedures and attendance at the Fair Work Commission
