Working from our architecturally designed Administration Centre in central Maitland, we are seeking a highly organised and motivated executive support professional to join the Office of the General Manager, as their Council Services and Governance Officer.
About the Role
By delivering professional and timely Council and governance services and reporting, this role is critical in supporting the Office of the General Manager to achieve annual goals, programs, and projects. You will be responsible for the coordination of Council's Business Papers and Minutes via Council's report management software, of which you will become a subject matter expert.
