The Opportunity
Partnered with our host Cass Cooling , we are seeking an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Apprentice who is looking to be trained in all aspects of air conditioning services to a range of sectors including mining, industrial, commercial, education, health and residential while completing a UEE Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration qualification.
This position is full-time, and based in North Rockhampton .
Job Details
As an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Apprentice you will be involved in the servicing, installing and repairing of commercial and residential air conditioning and refrigeration units.
Duties will include:
Attaching piping to refrigeration systems using sleeves, couplings or unions and solder joints to form a complete system
Drilling holes, installing mounting brackets and cutting, bending and thread piping
Working at heights and confined spaces
