This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with an annual salary of 27,370 - 29,979, based on experience. Lead the Personal Development and Enrichment programmes, ensuring a high standard of delivery across the college.
Provide pastoral support, delivering engaging group sessions focused on personal development, behaviour, welfare, and work-readiness.
Support teaching staff with pastoral, welfare, and behavioural issues, including safeguarding and disciplinary matters.
Organise and mentor new Personal Development staff and contribute to their ongoing professional development.
