DUMASTER PAINT SPECIALISTS PTY LIMITED Performing a variety of administrative tasks to support daily operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. Responsible for maintaining office supplies, organizing files, and assisting with data entry and record-keeping to ensure efficient workflow and office functionality.     Benefits •    Competitive salary and benefits package •    Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment •    Make a real impact on the success of the company   Task & Responsibilities •    Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office. •    Handle correspondence, calls, and inquiries efficiently. •    Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments. •    Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment. •    Organize and maintain office spaces for cleanliness and efficiency. •    Maintain accurate records and files both electronically and in hard copy. •    Ensure proper filing and storage of documents, including confidential information. •    Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes. •    Maintain employee records and update HR databases. •    Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. •    Stay updated on regulatory requirements and implement changes as necessary. •    Serve as a point of contact between employees and management. •    Facilitate internal communication channels. •    Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations. •    Plan and organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.   Qualification & Experience •    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. •    Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role. •    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software. •    Strong organizational and time-management skills. •    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. •    Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. •    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. •    Knowledge of administrative procedures, systems, and protocols. •    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. •    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team. •    Knowledge of office equipment and maintenance procedures.   About Company Retail of paint products and accessories, operating under franchise agreements with Inspirations Paint Stores Pty Ltd, part of the Dulux Group.
