Our client is one of the largest world-renowned Chocolate companies and they are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Warehouse Case Pickers to join their team. These positions are for permanent full-time day and afternoon and they are looking for an immediate start. These roles will be starting from mid-to-late September up until late-October. Shift Timings
Day Shift: For the first three months, the day shift will run from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. After this period, the start time will shift to either 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM.
Afternoon Shift: For the afternoon shift it will begin at either 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM. However, during the first month, training will take place on the day shift.
Key Responsibilities
Operating a Tugger to accurately pick cases of products from storage areas based on run sheets sheets .
Pallet stacking and organising cases on pallets in a way that ensures stability and safety during transport
Keeping track of stock levels and reporting any discrepancies or shortages.
Use of Toyota Counter-balance to assist with loading and unloading trucks & containers when required for inward and outwards goods
Unloading of containers and receipting of orders when required
Stocktake & Stock Replenishment - Assist with the replenishment of stock in pick bays
Receiving inwards and outwards goods
Picking & Packing Orders with RF Scanners
Manually lifting up to 15kg
General warehouse maintenance - cleaning
Qualifications and Experience
Valid Victorian Driver's License
LF Forklift License
Proven experience in case picking
Skilled in operating a tugger - ideally 2 years experience
Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes
Proficient in interpreting both written and verbal instructions
Demonstrated ability to meet timeframes and deadlines
