About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at the Minto site.
You will be responsible to lead a team of P&S Consultants who serve as the first point of contact and represent the CSR brand to non-account callers. Focus on delivering quality customer interactions and reinforcing caller confidence in our services. The Team Leader ensures efficient operations, meets KPIs, supports team development, and provides hands-on assistance. Additionally, the Team Leader must handle calls when necessary, managing both P&S and Energy roles. In this role you will:
