In this role, you will be crucial in providing effective information release services, including managing requests under the National Redress Scheme (NRS), Freedom of Information (FOI), Information Privacy Principles, and other related legislation.
You will liaise with key stakeholders and ensure high-quality, timely responses to requests by identifying, retrieving, and coordinating documents across various sites within the agency. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining compliance with legislative requirements and promoting best practices for information release.
