The Role:
The Consultant will collaborate and work closely with our internal teams including architects,solution developers, testers and business analysts; to plan, configure and implement the products and related features, in our current implementation of Dynamics 365. The Consultant must have knowledge and experience configuring and using Microsoft Customer Insights - Journeys and Customer Insights Data and understand how to implement Marketing solutions using these products to support initiatives like campaigns, emails, newsletters and customer journeys.
The Consultant will work across multi-disciplinary teams that use agile principles and practices and provide technical leadership to build our inhouse technical capability to support maintaining the Customer Insights products.
The Consultant will be required to facilitate a smooth implementation of Customer Insights products, identify dependencies and impacts. Use their experience to proactively address opportunities to streamline Marketing processes and support transitioning current Marketing activities off Dynamics Outbound Marketing.
