Job Responsibilities:
· Lead Salesforce architecture and technical team; design, create and enhance application architecture and assist the client to shape their architectural vision and roadmap plan.
· Develop customised solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals
· Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
· Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet project goals successfully
· Interact directly with clients, managers and end-users as necessary to analyse project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customised applications, and interactions with internal Salesforce instances
· Design and instruct the solution framework to the Salesforce development team.
· Create POCs for the client to help them understand the proposed solution and also drive the solution meetings with Customers.
· Understand the User Stories and provide accurate work load estimates.
· Work in a consultative fashion to improve communication, collaboration, and alignment amongst teams inside and outside of the organization.
· Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps.
· Contribution towards building the salesforce practice and pre-sales
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
· Minimum work experience 10 to 12 years of software development and 6 years of Salesforce application development
· Self-motivated and creative
· Proficient with Salesforce basics, Apex, VisualForce, Lightning, RDBMS and JavaScript Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, SFDX
· Experience in multi-system integration
· Experience in source code control
· Open to travel
Preferred:
· Salesforce Developer Certification – Platform developer 1 and 2, Sales, Service, Community
· Experience developing customer-facing applications
· Development using Standard Salesforce and Force.com platform (Lightning, Apex, Triggers, Workflow rules, VF pages)
· Sales and Service Cloud including Customer and Partner portal (community) development experience.
· Working knowledge of force.com sites will be an advantage. Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs.
· Knowledge on XML, SOAP and REST APIs.
· Experience in working in the SCRUM Team.
· Good understanding of Agile Methodologies.
· Good oral and written communication skills in English.
