With up to 10 years of professional experience, and due to continuing growth, they are now seeking an experienced HR Assistant. Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment: job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Prepare and process HR documents (contracts, offer letters, onboarding materials) Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and employee events Handle employee inquiries and support HR team with grievances and disciplinary actions Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics Support training programs and track employee development Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives Handle confidential information with professionalism Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred 1-2 years of HR or related experience Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of HR software is a plus Mandarin speaking is beneficial but not essential, other SEA language will also be beneficial This is a full time permanent office based position.
