Due to a high demand for FIFO Chefs and the increasing need for skilled staff within the Industry, Hays is seeking experienced and qualified Chefs to join a challenging and fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality, high-volume dining service.
Your new role
As a qualified Chef, you will be responsible for the daily kitchen operations and quality food preparation, including menu development and serving of meals.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Ensure efficient preparation and delivery of meal services
Operate large-volume commercial cooking equipment
Food preparation and quality control
Maintain a clean & sanitised kitchen
Support stock management initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
Be located in Darwin, NT and have availability to start ASAP
Ability to undergo and pass a Pre-Employment Medical AND Drug and Alcohol
