About The Role
The Restoration Technician is responsible for site reporting, technical restoration, treatment and cleaning of allocated sites. It is predominantly a multi-site based role and includes dealing with customers and utilising specialised restoration equipment.
Tasks Include:
Provide excellent customer service.
Conduct initial make-safe works for water, mould, fire and other restoration related projects.
Complete reports and technician duties for water damage, fire damage & mould projects.
Carry out installation, monitoring and reporting of mitigation & restoration equipment.
