About our role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the Corporate part of the business, reporting into our Corporate team. Based in Brisbane, with flexibility to travel interstate once every 2 months you will partner with leaders and act as the first point of contact for all HR related enquiries.
Responsibilities include:
Utilising a 'hands on approach' to provide effective HR/IR advice to leaders and managers
Assisting in recruitment and onboarding activities for your stakeholders
Assisting in Engagement survey deployment and managers to proactively develop & implement employee engagement activities
Assisting stakeholders with Talent Management strategies including but not limited to Talent Mapping, Succession Planning, Career Development, Individual Development, Performance Reviews.
