As a Parks Maintenance Operator, your role will involve a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the upkeep of the City's parks, gardens, and streetscapes. You will be responsible for:
Operating trucks and 4WD spray units for park and reserve maintenance.
Utilising tractors and various 3-point linkage equipment as needed.
Undertaking horticultural and landscaping activities such as earth working, mulching, weeding, pruning, planting, and spraying approved herbicides.
Using mowers, whipper snippers, and other small equipment for maintenance tasks.
Flexible park duty rosters, including operating tractors, trucks, spray units, ride-on mowers, and small plant equipment.
