You will assist our existing Senior Property Manager look after a well-managed portfolio, alongside our Property Manager Assistant, and have opportunities for growth along the way! The successful candidate will have an extensive background in Property Management with proven experience in end-to-end portfolio management, and a solution focused approach. Youll will be forward thinking, organised and excited to contribute to the Place brand! This is a supportive team who are committed to providing amazing customer service and an overall positive experience to their clients. Your typical day will include, but is not limited to, the following:
Continuing to nurture and maximise existing client relationships and managing client focused actions on your portfolio
Ongoing management of maintenance & repairs utilising our dedicated PM software Property Me and Airtable
Liaising with Tenants and Property Owners of each property within the portfolio
Overlook and manage the lease
