About the role In this role, you will operate as an expert advisor and coach hiring managers enabling them to build capability in talent decision making and lead in a way that is consistent with the Citys values, behaviours and leadership capabilities.
Work type: Temporary Full Time - 12-month position. Classification: Band 7 $100,064 - $110,990 pa plus super
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with departmental goals, support diversity objectives, and manage talent sourcing and pipelines.
Provide expert advice on hiring, conduct assessments, ensure compliance, and manage onboarding while maintaining stakeholder relationships.
Build effective relationships, contribute to a positive team culture, provide mentorship, and deliver end-to-end recruitment processes aligned with the Citys objectives and values.
Support business and Talent Acquisition plans, monitor progress, drive continuous improvement, and manage projects to optimise quality, cost, and efficiency.
