The Client
Our client manages a significant, privately owned real estate investment portfolio across several asset classes and on a national scale. They boast a full in-house management capability for their Commercial Property and Investment Management businesses.
The Role
As the Group Financial Analyst, you will support Senior Executives and Group in key decision making. This is an influential role that will work across all aspects of the Group.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modelling.
Evaluate financial performance against investment analysis and allocation.
Prepare and distribute accurate and timely reports for relevant parties including Board reports.
