The Western Australian Office of the Auditor General (OAG) is seeking an experienced Senior HR Consultant to join their small, dynamic and forward-thinking team.
In this role you will provide expert advisory support on people management, industrial relations and associated matters in a contemporary government environment. You will also work closely with the OAG?s leaders to enhance HR processes, drive organisational change, and strengthen workforce capability.
The position requires someone with excellent capability in applying industrial legislation, policies and people management principles. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to think on their feet, adapt quickly to changing priorities and competing demands. You will require exceptional stakeholder negotiation and influencing skills to work effectively with business leaders and staff.
