Why are we hiring? We recently invested in a new fleet of industrial presses, have grown 30%over the past year, our clients love what we do and want more of it. So we need some extra hands. It is a varied role across design, pre-press and online.
To be successful, you must be self-motivated; enjoy your work, be able to operate as part of a team, with excellent attention to detail. We want someone with a great attitude and amazing design skills that we can turn into beautiful printed products. Other facets will include; pre-press duties, proofing supplied artwork, updating web to print portal, mailing campaigns and promotional product design renders.

Required skills:
- Proficient in Design, degree quailed.
- Minimum 18mths experience in Print and Sign Company
- Preparation of files for Printing
- Preparation of files for Sign making
- Preparation of files for Packaging
- Designing key lines for custom signs/packaging
- Proficient in PrintIQ MIS & Proofing Software
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Designing from Concept
- Developing Narrative around creative
- Developing design and function for products
- UX Design for ecommerce site and client branding sites
- Amendments to supplied art files
- Digital Lite preparation for print
- Imposing jobs, troubleshooting
- General pre-press duties
- Developing design from briefs
- Ensuring graphic design and content meet quality and technical standards
- Speaking with customers and taking instructions.
- Administrative tasks
- Liaising with production on jobs

Must be based in Brisbane.
