St Mary's Aged Care Coolum Beach is looking for an Occupational Therapist to help with our strengthening and mobility program, one day per week plus relief.
The position includes the following duties:
Assist in providing supervision of prescribed activities with Residents both individually and in groups.
Assist with Resident transfers and mobility
Focused on supporting our residents you will be instrumental in promoting their independence, by improving aspects of their daily living.
Assist in organising of therapy equipment for exercise based sessions.
Regular assessment & review to monitor progress and outcomes
Work with our residents to develop functional goals
Assessment for their mobility Equipment
Mandatory RequirementsÂ
Occupational Therapy Degree
Current AHPRA registration
NDIS Worker Screening or willing to obtain
Experience working with in Community-based Aged Care preferred
