The Opportunity
Ramsay are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team at John Flynn Private Hospital on the Gold Coast. In this role, you will work directly with hospital leaders, providing expert support in employee relations, performance management, succession planning, culture change, and recruitment. You will be a crucial part of our HR team, delivering both strategic and day-to-day HR support efficiently.
What Youll Do
Provide expert industrial and employee relations advice, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, agreements, and policies to minimise industrial disputes.
Participate in state and national projects as needed.
Support leaders in their development by offering advice, coaching, and feedback on people management and leadership.
Conduct workplace investigations and manage complex cases, offering recommendations to manage and mitigate risk.
