Overview of Position
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to drive growth across all our businesses through strategic leadership and integrated marketing efforts.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering an annual salary of $75,000 + super. The successful candidate will be required to work from our head office in Cheltenham, Victoria.
Responsibilities:
Strategise and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans that align with the overarching objectives of Pivotal Dynamics and its subsidiaries.
Collaborate closely with the leadership teams of subsidiary companies to tailor marketing approaches to each unique market and consumer base.
Direct the creation of impactful marketing materials and sales tools to effectively showcase the value propositions of each business unit.
Manage and enhance digital presence, including website maintenance, social media engagement, and digital marketing campaigns.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform and refine marketing strategies and product development.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships and networks with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers.
Achieve sales targets and marketing goals within budget constraints.
Provide regular reports on sales and marketing outcomes to the executive leadership.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in marketing, sales, or related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role within sales and marketing, with experience in managing multiple business units desirable
Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
Exceptional leadership skills and team building capabilities
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in digital marketing, analytical tools, and CRM software
Adaptability in a fast-paced and ever-evolving business environment
