Task & Responsibilities
Building and managing talent pools proactively.
Utilising multiple recruitment tools and search methodologies.
Coordinating interviews, assessment and offers of candidates.
Building relationships with clients and Hiring Managers.
Qualification & Experience
Formal qualifications preferred with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
If you do not have formal qualifications, further years of work experience may be required.
Agency recruitment experience
Be confident, hungry to learn and have client-centric mentality - we need a people person!
Recruitment research experience and headhunting techniques.
A positive, resilient, creative and solutions-oriented mindset.
Experience working with candidate tracking systems
Experience recruiting for government clients would be highly regarded
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience.
